Due to the nature of your business you may not require full-time secretarial services. On the other hand, if you do, the probability is that from time to time your own staff are over stretched and could do with a helping hand.

Whether it be a letter, quotation or report we offer a prompt turn around. We can produce documents from handwritten drafts (providing we can read your handwriting!) or audio tapes. You can either hand the information in, post, e-mail or fax it to us, as appropriate. We will also need a small quantity of your letterhead or other corporate stationery, as required. If you wish to post your draft to us, we would urge you to photocopy it first or at the very least send it by registered post or recorded delivery.

Once in a while, we all have to write those tricky letters, when you are not sure how to string the words together. Our breadth of business experience allows us to approach this situation with confidence and ensure the message is clear. You simply provide us with an outline of the subject matter and let us know the point you wish to make and we will do the rest.

If you plan to use our service on a regular basis we will set up your corporate imagery on our computers so that letterheads and the like can be generated digitally.
